I have been attending Este clinic in Harrow for a while now and I must give credit where credit is due. I have never ever seen such competent and friendly staff anywhere like I see here. The girls here make my day and I feel like my week isn't complete until I've seen them. They're all amazing but i see Ilayda, Ezra, Ida and Dilyana on a weekly basis and they are more like my sisters rather than staff who are treating me. Ida is like an older sister who is so calm and composed. She makes me feel at home and is always offering me a coffee. Also she makes the BEST coffee. First impressions really mean alot and Ida was the first person who treated me when I came here. Dilyana is so bubbly and funny that even if you are having a bad day she will cheer you up. She is so confident that you automatically want to be like her. Naomi is so funny and smart at the same time. Ezra is a sweetheart who will give you the best advice like a best friend. If you have gone through a breakup, Naomi and Ezra are the ones to be around! And finally Ilayda - she is one of the most sweetest and kind hearted people I've ever met and she makes me feel so comfortable during my sessions. She is exactly what a manager should be and so beautiful in every way. Because of my experience at Este I have recommended them to my friends, family and even followers on social media because of how great they are. I will continue my treatment here only because of the amazing staff and the work they do. Thankyou so much Este clinic for everything you do. So much better than other clinics I've been to.

I have been going Este hair medical 2020 and the staff are always so helpful and polite. Special mention to Dilyana who has always been so supportive and with her help and patience I finally went to Turkey and got a hair transplant. Results look great so far and she has been fantastic throughout the after care. Highly recommend this clinic.
